Are there any additional fees for wait time?

Yes, the FIRST HOUR ($25) and every hour beyond the first hour is ($30/hour).

Can I add a stop to my ride?

No stops can be added during a ride.
You can add a stop to a pickup ahead of time.

Are service animals allowed on transport?

Yes, we can accommodate service animals at no additional fee.

Can I bring an escort passenger on my transport?

Yes, please let us know before your pickup as this will assume a small extra charge.

What type of payments do you accept?

SOG accepts debit, credit, venmo, zelle, cashapp, apple pay, checks, e-checks, wires, and cash.

Does my driver call before pickup?

We contact our clients ONE DAY BEFORE PICKUP as well as when we are 5 MINUTES AWAY.

What types of transportation do you provide?

We provide car and van transport, as well as air-transport as needed.

Do you have multi-language support options?

Yes we do. Let us know if you prefer our transportation staff to speak a specific language and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Can you do a pickup that requires a stretcher ?

Yes, we do stretcher pickup. Please have these details ready for when speaking with our customer service:

Are ASAP pickups available?

Yes, they’re on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us by phone and let us know you need an ASAP pickup.

How much advance notice do you need for pickup?

Standard lead time is 24 to 48 hours before pickup time so we can accommodate your needs.

Do you take insurance ?

We do not take insurance payments at this time.
